This comprehensive service addresses the factory reliability shortcomings of the BMW S54 engine by rebuilding and strengthening the Vanos system. We pride ourselves on using industry leading Beisan Systems products exclusively to correct these inherent failure points and restore optimal engine performance.

The service includes full removal, teardown, and installation of the Vanos unit. During the overhaul, the system is completely modernized using a Beisan Systems replacement seal kit, an upgraded oil pump disk, and a rattle elimination kit to eliminate internal play and prevent catastrophic hub failure.

To ensure a leak free installation, the assembly is completed with a new Elring Vanos gasket and a new Elring valve cover gasket.
